Deposit Policy: An advance deposit of $150 per person is required to guarantee a retreat package (payable by check or money order). Deposit is applied to the last night of the reservation. Late arrival or early departure results in forfeiture of deposit unless changes are made 21 days in advance.
Service Charge: For the convenience of our guest, a $10 per person per night service charge will be added to the package price for services provided. Springdale pays certain staff-members service fees in lieu of normal gratuities. This includes housekeepers and main dining room staff.
