Springdale Golf Junior Golf provides a fun, yet competitive atmosphere and is a great way for junior golfers to gain individual stroke play experience and learn the rules and game of golf. This fun, social, and stress-free approach provide junior golfers with the knowledge and skills that set the stage for a lifetime of golf enjoyment.
YOUTH ON COURSE
Springdale is a proud partner of Carolinas Golf Youth on Course, a 501c3 organization that supports growing the game for junior golfers by providing kids ages 6-18 with access to life-changing opportunities through golf. Since 2006, nearly 650,000 rounds have been played by Youth on Course members across the nation and more than $1.25 million has been raised for college scholarships.
JUNIOR CAMP 2023
Springdale will once again be offering 5 sessions of half-day golf camps for our Junior Golfers This year‘s camps will be 3 days (Monday-Wednesday) Daily Camp Hours are 9 AM—12 Noon Each Day Springdale Camps are limited to 6 golfers—so your child will receive dedicated instruction and supervision Each Junior Camper will also receive a Springdale Junior Golf Camp Golf Hat and a certificate of Achievement We will also provide a light snack and bottled water mid-morning for each golfer.
The Fee will be $120 per child for each session Camp Dates are as follows:
Day 1 – Registration, Meet & Greet. Rules & Etiquette, Chipping and Putting instruction, drills, contests.
Day 2 – Sand Bunker instruction. Bunker contests. Full Swing Basics woods & irons.
Day 3 – Full Swing Practice & Play a hole on the course. review and explanation. Awards & Swimming Pool Time after the clinic!
We will focus on the “It’s OK Rules.” Etiquette will be a part of the class each day. Each Camp will also include lessons on good sportsmanship, and how to play golf honestly and with integrity. PGA JUNIOR LEAGUE
Springdale is also a proud partner of the PGA JUNIOR LEAGUE, a fun, social, and inclusive opportunity for boys and girls to learn and enjoy the game of golf from PGA and LPGA professionals. Like many other recreational youth sports, participants play together on teams.
